Sounds good!I had to move my sd starter tonight. The old container got a little funky. It happens occasionally.
I poured off the hooch, put the starter in a jar, and gave it flour. Then I pulled out some “dough”, and added it to a jar with apple syrup in it. It was a jar of pie filling I’d used.
The other jar was given water of course.
I’m making sd apple pancakes in the morning.
The hooch can be stirred in. It keeps the starter sour. You add a bit more flour than water to keep the hydration level of the start where it should be.
