Any Home Bakers Here?

Well, tomorrow will be another batch of Roasted Salsa Verde. This time, half the tamatillos and all of the jalapenos are from my plants. Sadly, I'm still struggling with growing my own cilantro here in TN and don't have a lime tree yet, but Jared has inspired me.
