I posted this in this thread before but am too lazy to look for it. I loved it.

Cranberry Relish

1 package (12 oz.) frozen cranberries (grind while frozen)
2 red delicious apples cored
2 oranges remove seeds. (I use the peel of one (1) or you can use peel of both.
Cut apples and oranges into size that will fit into your meat grinder.
Grind all of the above into a large bowl. Mix together and add enough sugar or sugar/sucrose to taste.
(Use grinding blade for coarseness that you want).

1 cup sucralose?

Good as a side dish or on toast

Will keep in fridge for 2-3 weeks.

That looks like the way my dad always made it, even including the use of a meat grinder. I don't have a meat grinder but will give it a go with the new food processor I picked up today.

Thanks Bob!
