I posted this in this thread before but am too lazy to look for it. I loved it.

Cranberry Relish

1 package (12 oz.) frozen cranberries (grind while frozen)
2 red delicious apples cored
2 oranges remove seeds. (I use the peel of one (1) or you can use peel of both.
Cut apples and oranges into size that will fit into your meat grinder.
Grind all of the above into a large bowl. Mix together and add enough sugar or sugar/sucrose to taste.
(Use grinding blade for coarseness that you want).

1 cup sucralose?

Good as a side dish or on toast

Will keep in fridge for 2-3 weeks.

Thanks Bob, that's a nice offer! I was just talking to DH and he told me we got the old one when we packed up mom's house to sell back in 2015. So guess we do have one, somewhere

Don't feel bad, I still have boxes that I have not unpacked from when I moved in here 31 years ago.

Even if I went to the trouble to unpack some of those boxes in the basement, wouldn't have any place to put the stuff anyway. Might as well stay right in the box!
