My adventures this evening... Snickerdoodles and peanut butter cookies. I put together a cookie tray take tomorrow too with some chocolate chip from the freezer that I made the other day. I also got the green bean casserole all mixed up and ready to go. I'll just throw that in the oven the morning.

I have been doing some study on Sourdough Baking. WOW...some people really make it difficult. Northwest Sourdough....did not use her Sourdough starter until 14 days old. And her baking procedure....NO WAY. Any help with sourdough baking from you guys WOULD BE APPRECIATED. Another The Old Homestead...made here starter VERY SIMPLE...used after 4 days.

Ron, YES I do. I WILL CERTAINLY WAIT FOR YOUR HELP. I have a new Windows 10 computer and have been seeing all the Sourdough videos. The more I read the more confused I have become.

Seriously, I ate a LOT of food this Thanksgiving. Right now, I am sitting on the couch with my stomach full, moaning to myself, "Why didn't somebody stop me?"
