I added about a cup more flour then it called for and added less salt. 1T would have been enough. It is a chewier bread.

Nice fast recipe!

Try the one that has 12 to 18 hours over night with 1\2 to one cup more flour. The time culturing will add a lot to the flavor
 
I could smell the difference on the flop. It was more like the smell of an Amish bread starter. I will try it again.
It sounds like the one I made last week. It was a bit flatter but had large air holes. The next time I make it I will add at bit extra flour to it
