Any Home Bakers Here?

It is a bit of a trade off.

Did you put the dough into a bowl with a floured towel?

This video does a good job of showing the way to fold and stretch the dough

This is NOT my choice. Too much work for ME for a loaf of Bread.
Great Video. Really explains all very well. I personally do not
prefer a round loaf. You know that I like a long loaf. I am going to try creating a dutch oven....place my one tin in the HOT oven and drop my dough in it and cover it with another same size tin. One Baker calls it "A Poor Man's Dutch Oven"
I think what ever method or recipe you use...BAKING BREAD IS

I sent a great baguette recipe. Look for the one that makes 6 baguettes. They are very tasty!
 
I didn’t. First time ever attempting something like this.
I did not fold as much and got the bread I posted a picture of on the weekend
