Unless someone got some in, three stores didn’t have any kind of lettuce as of last week.

That is sad!

Being able to get fresh produce is a nice thing about this part of California

I’m glad for the new pet law. I know it’s not perfect, but I look forward to seeing how the first six months go! Shelters will be better off at least!

California no longer allows pet stores to sell puppy mill animals. Rabbits, dogs and cats must come from a shelter/non-profit.

Sounds like a good idea. And you're right, that should help out the shelters.
