Candied Ginger! It is like Candy not like ginger root

Ginger tea was a popular seller at our tea store...all those cruise ship passengers swore by it.

The last time we went on the wale trip to the Farralon Islands, we took ginger pills before getting on the boat. It worked!

Who knows? It certainly discouraged mentioning stomach problems. A bottle of it lasted a really long time.

I use candied ginger in a sweet sourdough bread recipe I have along with candied orange peel. It is very tasty!

I use ginger root in tikka massala

I combine peeled ginger root, lemon juice and honey...in blender
and use 1 teaspoon in my green tea. Aria
