I had a friend from Japan and she introduced me to Sencha and
Matcha and have Green Tea every day. Aria

I had milk oolong yesterday and white tea peach at lunch. I will be brewing up some type of tea soon to go with popcorn.

It sounds good for any time to drink

I enjoy the ginger, lemon juice and honey combo in my tea daily.

I keep Ginger root capsules on hand for nausea and lower abdominal issues. Fresh is good too, but can be very strong, over powering, good for steeping in tea though.
It does work!
We were out on a small boat - fishing trip- should not have been as the waves were wayyy to big -great lakes, we were all handling it until we went down below to use the loo.
Never saw so many green people, anyway, he had a HUGE blue mason jar filled with these capsules.
I took 2 and in a matter of 1/2 hour, my issues were gone..i did sleep for the rest of our excursion, but was't tossing cookies
So forever there will be ginger root here...helps with my issues and they aren't nice.
