I’m hoping my son can swing by a Walmart and pick me up some.I buy mine and baking soda, yeast now I am also getting corn starch there can buy the larger containers less money
There was a time when many thought aluminium caused alzheimers. Current research says it does not though.Anybody know if there’s any difference between these except the one has no aluminum. That is the one I always use and I’m almost out and they don’t carry it locally. I’m not sure if I’ll get to a Walmart any time soon.

Use whichever you can get locally

We are constantly exposed by a lot more than we could get from baking powder
Added: I suspect that it will become harder to find aluminium free baking powder in the future due to a lower demand for it

Either will work. Personally I prefer the aluminum free because it does make a flavor difference in the final product to me. My neighbor used to mix baking soda and cream of tartar. One half teaspoon of baking soda plus one teaspoon of cream of tartar is supposed to be the equivalent of two teaspoons of baking powder.Anybody know if there’s any difference between these except the one has no aluminum.
