Any Home Bakers Here?

Me and my dad are in a debate right now, he thinks I caught a salmon, I think I caught a trout. To be honest, it looks like salmon and taste like salmon. I've never seen a trout with this meat color.

It's weird. A friend of mine who's a fisherman is helping me out to figuring this out.

Good thing you like Math then huh and cooking is sure a good talent, We met with older Son and his wife early lunch but on Olympia at the mall :rant1 1/2 hours away now post mistress buddy bringing me a ee cockerels 2 of them
 
I almost got some today. I don't particularly like King Arthur whole wheat but it was the only brand of whole wheat at the store in town. I passed on it this time.
I bought my wheat berries from a farmer I know... I grind my own whole wheat flour. Bread and AP is just a bridge too far. I made AP once out of whole wheat, got about a cup. Never gonna do that again.
 
Okay, now that my family's out of the house, I can say this. They went to Utah, and I'm staying here at the house to take care of my dogs and rabbit. I'm going to have a surprise waiting for them when they get back on Sunday. I'm going to be baking a whole bunch of bread for them. I'm thinking of making french bread, wheat bread, sourdough bread, french bread, and another bread Artisan Style.

When they walk in the door from their trip and see all the bread, I think they will laugh and enjoy it.

Besides the bread I mentioned, is there anything you think I should add to the list? I'm grinding the wheat into flour right now.
