Happy Fourth of July! Anybody baking anything for 4th of July?

No baking for me on the 4th...it was a working day for me.

Jared it looks wonderful. I really need to start making cheese again.

On a different front, Zucchini bread is cooling. Garden is over achieving in that department.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say their zucchini isn't over achieving

It's always nice to have things like that in the freezer, ready when you are.

When making mozzarella cheese, don't leave your whey with the heat on while stretching the mozzarella.

@rjohns39 and freeze some zucchini bread...
I shred and dehydrate the extra big zuchinni if there are too many to feed the chickens. Then I can feed it to them during the winter months.

That's part of the reason why I don't mind winter too much...I have all the "at home" time I want and can bake & cook to my heart's content (DH enjoys it when I stay home during winter too, he loves coming home to a good meal.)
