Any Home Bakers Here?

I waxed the cheese. It will be ready in 6 to nine months.
 
I am storing it in the fridge. It's the only place in my house that has a temperature close enough to the aging temp.
I bought a cheap little wine fridge that seems to work ok. Humidity is always challenging, but sponges and water bowl seem to get me close.
 
Morning all slow starting day planned breakfast hashbrowns eggs and bacon for dinner then my best egg customer showed up had a 18 in the fridge he needs a 12 also we have 0 now :gigwill have what they lay in a day

We had sausage and Quail eggs on toast this morning. It was very Tasty! Five little eggs each over easy
