Any Home Bakers Here?

Not particularly pretty, but Crab Apples for Jelly and Apple Sauce. First batch (7lbs) are in the steam juicer with a little sugar and 4 long cinnamon sticks. I'll be using this recipe for the Jelly and use the left over stuff in the hopper to make apple sauce.

Ended up with 31 pounds of apples. Last batch is in the juicer. Got a start on the apple sauce as well. Won't know how much Juice/sauce I have until the final batch. Debating with myself... I now when doing jelly, do it one batch at a time... But really thinking about doing a combined batch. Let's see if I have the discipline to do it right...
