By the way, here is the recipe. Recipe belongs to my friends in North Idaho.

1 Lb boneless skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in half inch cubes

1 Medium Onion, Chopped.

Garlic (To taste)

1 Tablespoon Oil

2 cans great northern beans

1 can chicken broth

2 cans chopped green chilies

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions.

Saute chicken, onions, and garlic in oil. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Before serving add 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup whipping cream.

Jared, Never heard of "white chili"....I copied the recipe and

Thank you Jared! I will make this! I grew chili peppers and have them in the freezer. This will be a great change. Good luck!
