Any Home Bakers Here?

Val, your post made me look up a couple of recipes for Maple Doughnuts. Those will be my next go-round with the doughnut pans! Thanks for the thought :)

I really like maple bars but I would far rather have my bacon on a BLT.

I used to put a maple glaze on my cinnamon rolls but had to quick making them when my waist got too big.

I'm the same...would rather have bacon in a savory manner. But maple doughnuts?!? Those are some of the best!
 
I don't like bacon much at all. If I could find some that isn't mostly fat I might. Perhaps this is why I liked that donut at Voodoo's. It was thick sweet yummy pork sans the fat. I don't like pork rinds either. :oops:
