It actually should make the flavor a lot better. As the holes grow, the flavor increases. That's what I read.

I just got the pumpkin cream pie (pumpkin cheesecake). I am thinking about making the dough for the monkey bread style rolls. I’m thinking I will freeze as dough since the freezer is small and only freezing on one side. I am hoping to get a new one very soon.

Well, the Swiss cheese is almost done brining. Leicester is in the press.

You better believe it! I'm going to be making a bunch for a church Christmas party. It needs to age, so I'm making it now.



Right now, I'm watching Wallace and Gromit. They are cheese lovers in the TV show.

The Swiss cheese out of the brine. Now I age it for one week in the refrigerator, then two weeks at room temperature
