Any Home Bakers Here?

Has any of you ever baked with quinoa flour? I checked out a quinoa cookbook at the library and there are several recipes for bread, pasta and gnocchi. I’m going to try at least one of them but wondered if anyone had any experience or strong opinions haha!

Yeah the picture they had didn’t look real lofty! Lol But I would love to be able to bake a loaf to serve with soup during the winter where I wasn’t just pigging out on wheat flour because pig out I will! :drool
You can get good bread by using 50% hard wheat flour along with any other flour. Try a 50\50 blend of wheat with Quinoa and see if you like it
