we have a forecast of 12 inches by day's end. Got chicken breast
(leftover)with homemade bread sandwiches and have a Pot of veggie soup simmering.

Sure thing! I am using the rest of the turkey instead of chicken. Will he notice?

Looks delicious but 1/6th of the ingredients do not grace my pantry.

I know what you mean. I love to try cooking new things, so my pantry continues to grow. I've made this recipe many times, so I have everything. The alternative to it is to buy green curry paste in the grocery store. Then you just add the coconut milk, chicken and veggies.

Yay, DH just finished off the turkey! I now have the bones, seasonings and vegetables in the pot simmering for broth.

I can actually see some bare spots in the fridge now

Think I am going to do a fast one Son put way to much meat in the bag than what I need for dinner think I will separate it then take the remainder to the silkie coop they have not had any we have another bag of the same size as the one today so plenty more

Debby, AND All....Dinner was good....light. Soup large pot...placed
what we did not eat...in quart jars, sealed and this will be week lunch. ALL CHICKEN GONE. The leftover breast made nice sandwiches. That large Tea Ring...GONE. We devoured it. It was
a restful happy thanksgiving and then some.
