DH just got home from Casper and brought home our Christmas Eve feast (he surprised me!). We are having giant Alaskan King crab claws, big juicy looking scallops and shrimp. He sure knows the way to my heart, I can hardly wait!

I'll have pics in a bit, but Apple pie is done, first batch of Meringue cookies are done, second batch going in the oven in just a few minutes. @Ribh inspired me to make a trifle & pav so that will be on the desert menu today.

The humidity gave me a slightly sticky centre in my pav. I hope you had better luck. The girl likes sticky pav & cleaned it up. We'll be eating trifle until the new year. Hope you & Sue had a lovely day!
