Home Baker, chef, gardener, and first time chick owner here!
I know this is an old posting but just saying hey.
Looking forward to lots of egg dishes this spring and lots of fresh veggies from our garden by summer.
So hi everyone

Hi, it's nice to have you here with us! What do you like to bake or cook? There's always room in the kitchen for another baker :)

I was a professional chef, in a former life, and also had as am baking business making cupcakes, muffins, etc.
But at home, I just love cooking different things all the time. Breads and pizzas are very fun to me, but I love to challenge myself with things out of my comfort zone like Thai, Indian, Malaysian, etc.
But I also have 4 kids, so there’s lots of lasagna, chicken tenders, and every kind of fried potato concoction imaginable.
What about you?

I've baked and cooked (bbq + sides) for a restaurant but now just a home cook/baker. It's just DH and me so I don't have to worry about getting around a family's tastes...we'll try all sorts of things just to keep stuff interesting.

Hope you'll share some of your recipes with us! We do that a lot here, and pictures are nice too.
