Well, a successful morning. I'm going to cook these up for dinner tonight.

I actually wanted to ask a question. How do you guys usually prepare trout? I'm interested in hearing how others do it.

I clean them and leave them whole. Salt, put them in an egg bath, then flour or meal, or a mixture of flour and meal. Then I fry them in a skillet. We like to have them for breakfast. Yum!!! Yum!!!
 
Hey, I have a question for you all.

Besides the source that it comes from, What is the difference between goat's milk and cow's milk? I'm planning on making some goat cheese sometime, so I want to know the difference.

Here's a brief explanation I found online:
"Goat milk is higher in fat content, but the size of fat molecules is very small as compared to cow milk making it much more digestible than cow milk. • Goat milk has less lactose than cow milk. Therefore, it is easier to digest than cow milk."

Have you ever eaten goat cheese? I like it but it's not to everyone's taste.
 
Just out of oven: Sourdough Bread I added Whole Wheat Flour, Spelt
flour, whey protein powder, flax meal. The Rolls only Bread Flour...
