Hey folks, last loaf of bread I made, I made a boneheaded mistake. I figured it out with this loaf. If the top browns too quickly, put a foil cover over. But them I put my temp probe through the foil. Probe goes off, bread is raw... It's reading the foil temp not the bread temp.

Bob, That is an honest mistake. I have thought of using the bottom
rack to bake my bread. Not brave enough to try it. ha ha Aria

Not baking related...wanted to share the beauty of my Anthurium Plant
...my daughter Deborah gifted it to me several years ago. Never heard of
the plant...the leaves develop RED and slowly turn green. I have it in

I'm trying crustless quiche for dinner tonight per @igorsMistress lead. There are 2 in the oven now with ham, broccoli, and small diced potato in them. There's a fresh loaf of bread to go with and the cake made yesterday for dessert. I'm hungry!

Not a good thread to be watching at least for now. The membership number has only increased by one since I started checking.

Tues @3:30am the member count = 399,293
Tues @4:45pm the member count = 399,446
That's a 153 gain in about 13 hours

I'm watching it again today, here's the start:
