Does anyone know of Dr. Gundy? He is "saying" grains are not good for
some of us. EEK. He goes on and on and I do not have the patience to
listen. It's a while before he SAYS why etc. And some of foods we
consider Healthy...he says they are not good for us. What a trip.....

If you do enough digging, you can find information that claims everything is bad for you. Moderation is the key in everything.

Yesterday I found someone that claims that eating eggs will cause diabetes. I have found claims that diabetics should avoid caffeine and claims that caffeine is good for diabetics.

Have a leftover of miracle grow potting soil for last year ... so 6 seeds planted and watered
