The bread looks so good!I love baking bread here is a recipe that I adapted from a King Arthur Flour - Oatmeal bread recipe! I make this in my bread machine, but you can totally bake it in the oven! It features Sprouted wheat, which is full of vitamins and minerals and easier to digest! I actually gave up bread for a couple of years and still only eat it occasionally, but this is my favorite homemade loaf!

Sprouted Wheat Oatmeal Bread
1c lukewarm water
1/3c lukewarm milk
57g/4Tbsp butter
28g/2Tbsp brown sugar
43g/2Tbsp honey
99g/1cup rolled oats
50g/1/2cup rolled oats, ground; or oat flour
2 Tbsp. Instant Milk (optional)
2 tsp instant yeast
10g/1Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten
1 1/2 tsp salt
237g/2cups Unbleached Bread Flour
78g/1/2c + 2Tbsp Sprouted Wheat Flour (KAF)
Add ingredients in the order recommended for your Bread Machine!
Baked in my Zojirushi Virtuoso on the Regular Wheat Course!
Always check your bread when kneading to see if it needs more water or flour!
Tip: I always add the cold milk to water which I have above a lukewarm temperature! Save's a step!
Sugar can probably be reduced! I have not done this yet, but plan on trying it!
