Here is my starter, started last Wednesday using Penny’s recipe. Ron said to add flour and cover and refrigerate after a couple hours, which I did. So, should I try some crumpets today or wait???

Yes! Stir it up, pour off for crumpets and then replenish with a cup of flour and a cup or 85F water.

By bed time, it will have risen in the jar and can be sealed and put back in the fridge.

The more you use is it, the better it will be at raising bread.
