I have not seen that brand of flour here

Ron, I Googled and it is made in Kansas since 1843. A Hard Wheat with
high Protein count. Of course it is All Purpose. What else should a FLOUR BE? Aria

Debby, THANKS. Watched a short video on their site. LOOKS FINE to me. Just before I NEED Flour I am thinking of ordering.....and I will order
the Vital Wheat Gluten and hopefully.....I will have suitable Bread Flour.
