I'm trying to make an authentic Italian recipe. Its called braccio di Ferro. It has Mozzarella, spinach, ricotta, and Parmesan. Didn't say anything about a sauce.

Jared, braccio is arm di ferro (iron) together it is Arm Wrestling. The
ingredients are SUPER....the pizza will be delicious. Bake as you do your
other pizza...you have made. Enjoy. Aria

The Ricotta cheese is probably spread out like a sauce. Sounds super!

It's a vanilla cake. I'm not going fossil hunting quite yet. I made it for fun.
