Hmmm I don't know yet took chicken thighs out for dinner but no bread today
what are you up to ?

Usual chores this morning and got the bread going. Now I'm trying to figure out some sort of dessert or maybe a cold pasta salad.

The Whole Wheat Coolrise recipe I added starter to turned out great! I ended up baking it the same day because the oven was already on and it had risen enough after a couple hours. I’ll try it again and leave it overnight in fridge.

Thanks Penny! I’m thinking about making @R2elk rhubarb pie today. That and going to the feed store to see what kind of pullets they have.

Debby, Bread? Which Recipe? I did NO BAKING Today....tomorrow I
will make 2 loaves of Sourdough....Recipe to be selected. I worked out
watering my tomatoes, and herbs. WEATHER...is Beautiful. Loads of Sun.
