You're so right... Can you believe they've banned onion and garlic from her diet? I have no idea why...

Omitting those big flavor enhancers might make things taste a bit different but you guys will get used to it. What about salt, is that going to be on a limited basis too?

Yes, but I already limit salt. I use just enough to sweat the aromatics and then add finishing salt to mine. As crazy as it sounds, I've found that this approach cuts the salt by more than half, even for me and it tastes fine.

Bob, Hopefully you can add Healthy Herbs...rosemary, sage, thyme etc.
they add loads of flavor. I often use ALL of them plus. Aria

Question for you all. I made freezer jam with my mother yesterday, and we were supposed to let it sit for 24 hours so it could set.

It never set and it's still pretty liquidy.

Any ideas of what went wrong?
