I did get two batches of cookies made

Hi Bruce...DMC does such pretty decorating. I'm trying to get some basics down but there are like a gazillion videos on YouTube and now I'm just confused. I'm hoping she can dumb things down for me.

They are the peanut butter is BF's favorite. Every now and then we do the peanuts butter in the chocolate chip also

Here are my 4th of July cupcakes, DH put the sprinkles on for me

I tried a new vanilla cake recipe and it was good, moist with a nice crumb and the frosting isn't overly sweet. Here are the links to the recipes I used:
simply-perfect-vanilla-cupcakes
vanilla-cake (I used 1/2 recipe of the frosting from this recipe)

I really like Sally's Baking Addiction recipes, she gives clear detailed instructions and has a lot of helpful tips.
