Hope you feel better and recover fast!
My husband had the same surgery done a few years back. It has made a huge difference for him and he is a lot healthier now because of it. No more repeated rounds of z packs and what not.

I was feeling adventurous late last month and made strawberry rhubarb sweet rolls.
I made the jam while the bread was rising.

I only had frozen strawberries on hand, so that’s what I used. Next time will be fresh.

All baked

Simple glaze. Next time I want to try a cream cheese glaze

I just wanted to make something different and fresher then the classic cinnamon roll.
Next up will be raspberry sweet rolls. I have one jar of jam made already and will be making more tomorrow. This dang heat wave has made baking a nightmare. Heats the house up too much. :/ But raspberries are in season so I can’t wait forever. I’m getting 4 cups a day right now. Soon it will be a lot more!
