Any Home Bakers Here?

It took three years (it just came back healthy this year)for the rhubarb to come back the last time it was mowed down mid-summer. It might be due to the winters and springs being warm enough for vegetation to grow, then plunging into the teens for a month. I don’t know. I just know I don’t want to wait another 2-3 years for rhubarb some idiot with no business on my land mowed down.
Maybe it will come back faster this time

The sourdough bread I baked yesterday is meh. When time came to slash it before baking it deflated like a balloon. Tastes ok .
Did it have WholeWheat or Grains in it? Some bakers do not score
whole wheat or whole grain bread.....it may delfate????? Or it may
have raised TOO MUCH???????

If anyone's interested, the rubber band is the general area where I saw the comet. You CAN see it without any equipment, but it's best to see it with binoculars.
Our online magazine had a picture of the comet in it today:

Duckling loves pancakes, but now we know she can’t get enough of French toast made with homemade sourdough. It works for me! I’m loving my raisin bread, and the dog loves fresh sd bread. By the time the dog and I are done with the fresh bread, Duckling gobbles up the old stuff! :highfive:
