I need to check it out...taste, texture....that is how I decided on THIS ONE
IS the Best that I have made. It was fun trying using different grains, etc.
A fun experiment. And I finally got the two Sourdough Starters going. They are working out fine. Aria

Ron,I took about 2 T of the SDS I am keeping alive from you....and added flour and water and "Walla"...a second Sourdough Starter Jar ..Now I have two jars to feed and use from. #l Starter Genesis #2 Starter Genesis two.
When I bake I take a little for each jar and then feed both jars. Thanks again for getting me on the Sourdough Adventure. Aria

It is very easy to get a new starter going. I get to play with sourdough today too. I will be baking bread tomorrow and likely the chocolate sourdough cake

Well, I have to cancel my bear hunt due to finances. Some unexpected things came up.

That’s OK, though. I’ll just settle with the deer hunt in October followed by duck and goose.

Nope, never have. This would’ve been my first bear hunt. However, It didn’t work out. The main reason is that my Winchester 243 rifle won’t be able to kill a bear in a clean kill. It would be unethical and unsafe to hunt bear with it.

I can’t afford the right type of rifle at the moment due something that came up.

Safe up for it after this then go it is better of you to say unethical with what you have not wanting it bad
