Any Home Bakers Here?

 If I said no one likes rattle snake, you’d say you love it, had it for dinner last night, and share a recipe.
Nope, never got around to trying rattlesnake but if you asked about Rocky Mountain oysters, I would say they are great.

I do have a rattlesnake skin that I was gifted and just needs oiling to be finished. Of course, somewhere here, I do have various rattles from them.

I almost said no child born after 1896 bc. :p Okay, 1970. Before that, children ate what they were served. No meat in the store? Eat squirrel.
I like squirrel stew. No I do not have a recipe for it, I just made it without using a recipe.

I have a recipe for squirrel stew. Never had it, don’t wanna either.
In the 70’s, DH was at a friend’s house. His friend liked squirrel pie, and his wife tried to make him one. She pulled the pie out of the oven with four furry feet poking out of the crust.

I like bread pudding - especially when it is grandmas homemade, bread pudding (without raisins) with butter rum sauce and real whipped cream on top.

Growing up we had squirrel and rabbit simmered in gravy over mashed potatoes.
DH decided he doesn't like rabbit, so no rabbit or squirrel for supper at our house ...

I don’t care for custard, and only like raisins in certain things. Bread pudding for me is more bread, cinnamon and raisins. Warm is better, and no toppings.
Rice pudding is best warm, no cinnamon, raisins or nutmeg.
Duckling will probably start eating bread pudding my way without raisins.
