There are so many advantages to making your own bread.
You get to feel the sense of accomplishment for a job well done.
You get wonderful, fresh bread to eat, with no preservatives or high fructose corn syrup.
You get exercise from kneading it ( I don't, I use my mixer, lol)
AND your house smells fantastic!

. Going to do a cheke and hope it's ok. So annoyed with myself for leaving such good flour for so long. It's sealed and definitely going t have to try and use some of what I have here today.
That's going to have to wait for a while, I now have the stuff to make the jambalaya we talked about a while back and will make that toward the end of this week.
