Actually, there’s a change of plans. You see, it takes weeks for a bear to find a spot. So, I’m gonna be checking the bait barrel every other day, and if it’s disturbed, I’ll hunt from then on.

I’m in the mood to set something on fire today. I mean I’m going to flambé.

Trying to figure out what else I can flambé besides bananas Foster. I do have one of the recipe I’m gonna try when I have the ingredients, but does anyone have any recommendations? Preferably something with rum.

You can make the same sauce as for the Bananas Foster and use it on bread pudding, or pound cake, it is really good that way too. Crepes Suzzette is also flambe'.
