I should have enough of everything for whatever baking comes to mind until it gets too hot bake again. I ordered what I needed and I’m staying away from Amazon for a while.

I completely forgot to take pictures before I sliced them! If I remember tomorrow, I'll pull them out and take pictures.
They are still not as sour as I'd like... I'm assuming the flavor of Panera's bread bowls is enhanced with citric acid or something, but that is the flavor I'm trying to get. Any advice?

And they are cleaning their ovens. My husband had to visit 3 stores ...no oven cleaner...he found it in the dollar store. Aria

I hope the oven cleaner is not being used as a disinfectant!

Add half a teaspoon of sour salt. You can find it in the pickling section near the canning supplies

Bread Slicer arrived from Amazon. NEAT. I had baked a round Sourdough and we cut it in half and then sliced it. Worked FINE. Love it.

Your slicer sounds good. I'm useless at slicing bread. So I want one I want one and I want it now.

These look amazing, what size are they? Everything is desperate for space in my kitchen.
