we found it at a Vietnamese store here in Boise. The store is so authentic, it’s hard to understand them because they don’t speak English that well.

Ethnic stores are fun to go to...you can find all sorts of different things (if you can figure out what they are)!

I had to laugh, because I'm now one of those someone's whose trying very hard to be a Baker.

It is not a bad thing! Some will drop off from baking so the supply chain will adjust.

The panic buying is harder to compensate for though
