I looked and didn't see this posted already.....
3 ingredient peanut butter cookies
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
Simply mix it up, shape into 3/4 inch balls, press with fork and bake 8-9 minutes at 325°.
Depending on the brand of peanut butter they may be quite sticky. If they are I add 1/4 cup flour.
The absolute best crumble I have found.
Not a fan of peaches so I use apples.
