Left the House 9:15....am Got the Covid Test....back at the house 10:15am ....Not as bad as I suspected. Over in a few seconds and no
discomfort. Happy to have it OVER. Aria

I used a 13x9 pan to cook the turkey breast in (using a turkey bag too). I decided it was genius when I didn’t have to find another container to store leftovers in thanks to the lid. Now I have decided I’m the smartest person in the world because I can add a few ingredients to the pan, and have a casserole. One pan, used three ways.

We had Ham so it was set in a cast iron skillet foil over the top
made au grautin potato and culiflower

This one calls for winter squash which I have abundance of.

I have an update on my head. No serious injury, no brain trauma, I was lucky. Just a bruise.
