Thanks for sharing. THAT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL...LOAF. And the score....is deep...perhaps that gave it a higher rise? Or the time in the freezer improved the results? No matter WHY....it is SUPER. AriaThe story of a lowly loaf of bread.
Once there was a ball of sourdough put in the door of the freezer where the pizza dough is usually kept. The crazy woman that put it there wanted some bread pudding, so she looked in the freezer for the bread dough. The dough was removed several times, and returned because surely it was pizza dough. Finally, it was decided that it was indeed the sourdough. The frozen dough was placed on the counter to defrost a little so it could be sniffed for assurance of sd or pizza dough. Alas, it was forgotten overnight... Upon entering the kitchen the next morning, the scent of dough was present. After being punched, the dough was placed in a pan to rise again.
The beagle emerged from the bedroom as the scent of the bread wafted through the house. The timer then sent him into a tizzy.Upon removing the bread from the oven, a sad discovery was made. I cannot remember the last time I had such a beautiful loaf of bread.
I don’t think I can turn it into pudding.
