Any Home Bakers Here?

I made some dog treats with coconut flour and it came out crumbly. I’m bummed. I imagined the texture would be different, but it was just weird so I dumped it. We’re out of bread so will probably make that early tomorrow before I cook dinner. It has been a while and I’ve never baked yeast bread in this oven before.

DARN.

My aunt went to the hospital. Don’t want to go into details. All I will say is it sounds pretty bad. I may need to drive down to where my uncle lives to help him if the need arises.

I hope I don’t lose my aunt.......
:hugsKeeping you all in my thoughts Jared

It’s sweet, salty and crunchy. Chocolate covered pretzels meets Hershey with almonds meets Rolo.

The recipe was on the back of the Rolo bag. Mini pretzels with a Rolo, baked at 250* for 5 minutes (it doesn’t actually melt, so you don’t have anything sticking) then push an almond in it.

Do you have a way to dehydrate veggies. We’ve been slicing a sweet potato very thinly and dehydrating them. The dogs go crazy for them.

Kids are over. Christmas cookies everywhere. I’m doing KP.
KP gets to lick all the bowls. :lau
It’s lunch time strangely I’m not hungry.
I have the German's chocolate cake bakes, the sourdough bread no kneading overnight and I baked a loaf of pullman bread today too!

The best of all is the overnight cinnamon rolls resting in the fridge....
