That looks great! I’m having a goose for Christmas. I’m actually going to pop in the oven in an hour and 50 minutes.

it’s an 8 pound Canada goose.

Sounds good! Ours should be ready in 30-40mins 6pm UK time. I'm starved had no lunch, so left room for the Turkey and all the trimmings.

One cooked turkey. Stuffed it with lemons, onion and sage. House smells lovely. Just veg and roasts to do now. Never cooked a turkey before!
