We stripped most meat off the carcass was not allot left .. but now will take the carcass to the birds in the morning

I couldn’t get a T-bone in the market I was in. They didn’t have a yam or sweet potato anything, so I just had steamed broccoli. Cheesecake pictures later. I’m sitting, and that is where I’m staying. Never mind that I’m watching preschool cartoons.
These were the best I could do, but once out of the package, I saw how thick and beautiful they are! I grilled both since it’s silly to grill them separately. They are strip steaks grilled to medium rare.

We did not have a traditional Christmas dinner. Instead, we had a low country boil. It had potatoes, onions, Polish sausage, corn on cob, shrimp, crab legs, lobster claws, and broccoli. It was delightful. Sorry I didn't take any pictures.

In the past hour and a half I’ve made; pizza and bread dough, ice cream, a pepperoni pizza and the bread dough is on its second rise now.

In the past hour and half I’ve eaten 2 eggs and piece of toast, 1 cup of coffee. And a piece of apple pie.

We had leftover steak and eggs with homemade sourdough bread and shared a cinnamon roll.

I will need to make more bread tomorrow

Making a meatloaf tonight saving the turkey for rice and tomorrow saved the rest of the turkey gravy for it
