Any Home Bakers Here?

I haven't baked anything lately, but this Christmas I tried my hand at making krumkake (no pics, sorry). It's a Norwegian cookie shaped like a cone, spiced with cardamom, and really crumbly and good.
It does sound good!

I'm grateful for my family and my animals. They have seen me through some very dark times, and have kept me going though this covid mess. I hope 2021 is kinder to us all.
I dont have a good recent photo of my quail, but they are in there too. 🥰

If I may, I would like to send an invitation to everyone.

2020 has been a very long, very hard year. Many things of happened. I lost two great uncles, was unable to attend church due to area restrictions, and many more things.

However, many great things have happened also. My therapy is working, I can feel a difference. I have a roof over my head, food, a father who has a great job despite the pandemic, a loving family, and great friends here.

I would like to invite everyone to post what you are thankful for that happened in 2020.

It’s almost over, we can get through the last few days of this year.

In life there is a lot to be thankful for.

In my case I'm thankful that my husband is doing okay.

I'm thankful that so far we have not been a victim of Covid 19.

I'm thankful we have been able to come and go as we need to for groceries, medical appointments, and beauty salon appointments. Some things you need to do to remain sane.

I'm thankful for my chickens, my dogs, neighbors who check on us, and family.

2020 has been a hard year for everyone in many different ways.

I'm looking forward to 2021. It has be a much better year.
