This one is a little bit cracked, it was too wet so used whole wheat to stretch and fold. Any ideas anyone?
I'm thinking of wetting it down again with a little sourdough. What do you think?
Hello @ronnolt1 Are you here ?

I think Ron lately when I have a little dilemma in my kitchen :). I can't go knocking on my neighbor's door, 1 lockdown :( 2 no one bakes
Sorry to not see this sooner!

I would knead in bit of water

First full day home in long time banana bread and apple fritters to be made

Those are two of my favorite things to have when I'm treating myself.

Thank you Marie, they are all so sweet looking. We had a black cat one a very long time ago. What breed is your dog? Love the wrap on their head.
Your chicken are all very pretty and they look well behaved 🤔.

Good afternoon all. Made some cinnamon raisin bread today. Spread some real butter on a slice :drool

I have yet to try baking on my OWN. It was ok with my son's help. Need to get stronger. AND my old Kitchen Aid does all the work. Once when it stopped...tried to get it repaired...my Floyd took it apart
located a small part put it back together again. working fine since.
It is the BEST appliance I have owned. Aria
I second that Aria, I've had mine for 40 yrs. Still going strong. Had it repaired once within the first yr I had it. Got shorted out from a lightening strike. It was repaired for free and it's not stopped working since.
