Here's the Cheddar Cheese Quick Bread I said I was going to make.

@Aria Maybe you could try a no knead recipe if you really get the baking bug. The ones I’ve tried didn’t taste quite as good as regular but were still quite good almost a sour dough flavor which I’m not fond of but a lot of other people on here are. It took barely any time to mix even by hand and then I set it to rise overnight and just had to throw it in the Dutch oven in the morning. Not labor intensive at all very easy to do.

I bake a Multigrain Sourdough ...one for me and one for my neighbor.
I just put a ton of all the ingredients needed in the refrigerator (Purchased from Internet from Red Bob Hill). His grains and stuff...is
SUPER. Never can find what I need...decided to order what I need and store in back of my refrigerator. Works Fine. Will be baking soon. Aria

I'll be baking an eggplant to make babaganooj later today. I guess that counts as baking...?

Lentils cook very quickly. Did the instant pot make them better?
