Its,
4 cups plain AP flour. Half a teaspoon salt. Teaspoon of baking powder. 310ml water, teaspoon of oil. Mix the dry ingredients first. Then add wet mix. Mix all together then knead it. Form it into a ball. Slash the top, cook for 25/30 mins 190/200.C (392.F) I cook it on a floured pizza stone.

Aria, where do I get the grain mixes for multigrain bread? I can’t find it/them even on King Arthur where I know they should be.
